Is a switch to round, smooth 40 cc bigger implants going to produce the desired effect? (photo)

Question

I am having BA no2 in March.My wish picture is of myself a week or so after my first BA. I had 335 g ( 12 cm/12.5 cm/4.8 cm) anatomical implants then. Can smooth, round 375 cc ( 12 cm/4/8 cm) implants produce the result I desire or should I go bigger? Thank you for your input.

Personally, I doubt you would even notice a difference with implants just 40cc bigger. Unfortunately, the immediate postoperative look is due to an increased volume (because of the swelling) and to a more toned, tighter skin envelope (because the skin is suddenly put under tension). The disappearance of the swelling, together with the stretching and return to normal tension of the skin, always change the look of the breasts to a 'softer', more natural one. There is no way to keep the immediate postoperative shape for long, no matter how big the implants may be.

Congratulations on having undergone the breast augmentation procedure. Based on your photographs, it seems that you have achieved a very nice outcome. Frankly, I would probably recommend that you avoid any additional surgery. Remember that with every operation there is a  small but real  risk of complications.
