Could this be permanent damage from plasmapen/skin lift? (Photos)

Hello, I recently had plasmapen done on my eyes. I swelled a lot after, and the small dots looked bigger than what I've seen on other people. Still everything seemed «normal» until the scab started to peel around day 5, every dot revealed an indent scar similar to acne/chickenpox scars. The skin resemble golfballs, and I'm so worried. I just wanted a little lift and now I have this horrible print. What went wrong here? What treatments can I try to fix it and when can I start? Any suggestions are appreciated.
