Reason for the surgery was lip incompetence and gummy smile. Lip incompetence is better, but I only show 2-3mm incisors at rest, 5mm while smiling. My nose is broader, especially while smiling, my lip thinner, especially the corners. Is there a way to bring the maxillary down again? Without surgery? I'm concerned about the risks and affect another surgery could have on my nose and lips. What can I do about my nose and lips? I have constant burning sensation in my lip since weeks. Is this normal?
