I had my sliding genioplasty in 2017. The doctor, undoubtedly, did a very poor job and now I am left with step-off deformity. The chin protrudes out from both sides, more prominently from right. It looks weird and abnormal. Moreover, from the front and the side, one can easily see that the chin does not align, at all, with the jawline. Can the bone of my chin be shaved and shaped to make it look normal and appealing? If yes, what kinda doctor should I consult? Need screws + plate removed.
