How can I fix my FUE hairline? (Photos)

At just 4 months it is too early to assess the final result.  It is my suggestion that you give things a few more months to grow out.There are several methods for raising overly low hairlines-  my preferred method is to do FUE removals of the too low grafts, which can provide a significant improvement and leave no scarring when done properly.

It may take 8-12 months before seeing the final results of your hair transplant surgery. If you are concerned with the density and shape, follow up with your surgeon for an exam.

4 months gives you approximately 20-30% growth on the permanent hair. İ suggest wait for couple more months. if you are not happy then you should get in touch with your hair specialist. Laser hair removal is an option

It is difficult to say from the photos, but the hairline looks very thin and sparse. Giving us photos that show the positioning of the hairline in relation to your eyebrows will be helpful.

At four months your growth is just starting.  Give it another 4-8 months, see how it fills in and then go see your surgeon to review results.  Laser and/or electrolysis can remove follicles, though they can also be removed and repurposed using FUE technique

It is difficult to see with the pictures you provided, if possible please send pictures that show at little lower down your forehead. It’s probably best to see your surgeon or get another opinion as to what your options are. Good luck.

You report that you are unhappy with your hairline. You should return to see your surgeon or seek another opinion and get examined to see what can be done. The photos do not explain your problem very well
