I had an FUE hair transplant 3 months and 15 days ago. After this period, can I do a laser eye surgery for myopia in safety? Or is this dangerous for my regrowth? Thank you.

You are completely in the clear to do whatever you need to do 3 months post ops.  That will not interfere with graft growth.
