Can I have a BBL if I already have loose and saggy skin? (Photos)

Question

I want to take a BBL, but I have loose skin on my stomach and thigh area. I'm worried that the result will not be good. How is their experience with BBL in patients with loose skin and saggy skin? I also want to take a tummy tuck, but it will not be relevant before because i haven’t given birthday yet.

In most cases, liposuction and BBL can performed even if tummy tuck is indicated if pregnancy in the future is planned. 
You may be able to avoid the TT, but this will depend upon your exam and the precision with which the liposuction is performed. How flat the abdomen will be will depend upon how much fat is removed from the area as well as how you heal.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Patients who have skin laxity get lesser results from both liposuction and fat transfer.

You should expect some improvements but the results will not look as good as someone who has tight skin.

Whether this is justified or not is a decision you need to make in conjunction with an experienced plastic surgeon during a consultation.

Ask plastic surgeons to show results of patients with similar skin laxity to see what results would typically look like.

Patients with significant skin laxity do better with skin tightening surgery. I’m not sure if this is something you would consider but ideally the best candidates for liposuction and fat transfer should typically have tight skin.
