I am 31 and had 300 ml round textured silicone implants put in 10 years ago. I used to be an A cup now a C cup. Afterwards, I had areola reduction done in a separate procedure to fix my enlarged puffy areolas using a purse string suture that broke on the right side immediately after the procedure and led to a stretched out scar. I also have a subtle double bubble under my left breast. I would like to remove my implants and correct my main problem - scarred areolas and not sure how to proceed? TY
