I recently had a Juvederm injection on the nose. But the quantity wasn't sufficient, so I want to inject Restylane on my nose. Is it okay if I inject two different fillers on the same spot?

Answer: Is it okay if I inject two different fillers on the same spot? Yes it is fine to use two different fillers in the same area. Both fillers you are considering are hyaluronic acid fillers. You will want to wait two weeks between injections. Be sure to see an experienced injector near you to learn more.

Answer: Combining Fillers Hello, Yes, it is safe to use two different filler material in the same area. As Juvederm and Restylane are both HA fillers, they will take on quite well. Another thing to take into consideration is in regards to why the quantity was not sufficient. For example, if you are looking for a more defined and lifted result, we would generally recommend Restylane Lyft over other products. There also might be a possibility that your injector would want to dissolve the old filler if it is not adding to your longterm goals. We recommend that you have a discussion/consult to better evaluate. Best, Chase Lay, MD
