Age 39, lost over 170lb. Do I need a neck lift? (photo)

I've lost over 170lbs and at 39 years of age, I'm mostly happy with how I've aged and how my skin has held up. However, massive weight loss has resulted in loose skin under my jaw that I'm very self-conscious about. What procedure would eliminate this issue for me?

You could try some skin tightening treatments / building collagen in the neck. However, given your age and the fact that you've lost so much weight, I suspect that that won't be enough and you may just need to have a neck lift type of procedure, if only to remove extra skin.

You do have significant laxity of the skin in the neck, so you're going to need a lower face and neck lift, or a neck lift alone with extensive skin tightening due to the massive weight loss situation.
