Can epicanthoplasty or blepharoplasty widen eyes horizontally?

I would like to widen my eyes horizontally. My eyes are a bit close and small in width. It makes my face look very unappealing. Is there a procedure that can cut a slit on the outer corners of the eyes and pull my eyelid a bit downward for almond shape and laterally to widen width?
