Hello, I would like to fix my hooded eyelids. I want them a bit wider and lifted on the outer corners to achieve somewhat a cat eye look. One doctor told me that I have slight ptosis on one eye and should do ptosis correction, brow lift and also an incision made right beneath my eyebrow to lift the outer corners of my eyelids because I was told that the brow lift would not be enough since the eyebrow muscle is too strong and will pull my eyelids right back down. Suggestions on what to do?

Judging from your photo, it appears you have ptosis of the left upper lid. You really need an in person consultation to evaluate the eyelid position and function and brow position and function. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.
