Which technique would be best ? I have read about PAL and Vaser and i am confused

I would recommend Vaser liposuction l’as it allows to selectively target and break up fat cells – and only fat cells. This method is more precise and is the best for a patient who has an athletic body.

They are not mutually exclusive procedures, and can certainly be done during the same procedure. The Vaser essentially melts the fat smoothly and evenly, while power assisted liposuction then sucks it out. Both are good options, but neither are a replacement for an experienced body contouring surgeon.

I LOVE VASER liposuction, especially for the abdomen, arms, and back. VASER and power-assisted liposuction can be combined to give you optimal results. The VASER melts the fat, allowing the surgeon to chisel out the fat around the muscle bellies. No-one can answer that.What ever the surgeon has trained in and they are competent in using.There have been no comparative studies to show whether one technique is better than another.You would have to do one arm with Power assisted and one arm with VASER and then compare after 12 months.In all cases it is operator dependent. The tool is not decisive- it is how it is used.

Vaserlipo (Vaser liposuction), utilizes ultrasound technology to break up and liquefy fat cells before they are removed from the body. This technique is known for its ability to selectively target fat while minimizing damage to surrounding tissues, nerves, and blood vessels. It can provide precise sculpting and contouring, making it a popular choice for individuals who want to enhance the definition of their muscles and achieve a more athletic appearance.
Power-assisted liposuction (PAL), on the other hand, uses a specialized vibrating cannula to facilitate the removal of fat cells. The vibrating motion of the cannula helps to dislodge the fat cells, making the procedure potentially more efficient and reducing the physical effort required by the surgeon. PAL can be particularly useful for treating areas with dense or fibrous fat, improving the surgeon's control and precision during the procedure.
In my clinical practice I use both methods in order to remove the fat but also create body contouring, improve the waistline and middle to high definition Vaser ( if the patient is a good candidate for this). 
My preferred method involves circumferential body Vaser liposuction (360-degree approach) and Renuvion/J plasma or Bodytite/Morpheus 8  which is an excellent option for women or men who want to improve their body contour and silhouette and tighten the skin.  
Before undergoing Vaser liposuction, it's essential to have a preoperative assessment to determine if you are a suitable candidate. Factors such as a BMI less than 30-32, overall health, and medications you are taking will be evaluated. It's important to note that liposuction is not a weight loss procedure and should not be used as a substitute for a healthy diet and regular exercise.
 I would suggest to make an appointment with a surgeon expert in body contouring and skin tightening who can assess your specific situation and recommend the best course of treatment for you.

Thank you for your question. As a Total Definer surgeon, I use both modalities to create athletic sculpted bodies. This is not an either/or question. A well trained body sculpting surgeon uses the VASER to break up fat both in the deep and superficial fat compartment and uses PAL (power assist liposuction) to evacuate the fat and sculpt the body. To achieve this at the highest level, the plastic surgeon has to be familiar with the underlying muscle anatomy to create an athletic body. Body type, quantity of fat and skin elasticity will determine the degree of body sculpting.
