I understand that you're unhappy with the results of your previous AirSculpt procedures on your flanks and are considering alternative surgical options.
In my clinical practice, I always offer several options ( surgical and non-surgical options). Based of the photos provided, In my opinion you can consider 2 surgical options.
The first option is surgical Back Lift/ bra line lift. This procedure removes excess skin and improve the contour of the upper and mid-back area. However this surgical procedure involve extensive scars along the bra line or upper back.
If the patient refuse this option, then there is a second option , less invasive.
Vaser Liposuction + Renuvion or BodyTite: Vaser liposuction is a minimally invasive procedure that uses ultrasound energy to break up and remove excess fat from targeted areas. Combined with Renuvion or BodyTite, which are both minimally invasive skin tightening techniques that utilize radiofrequency energy, this combination can help tighten the skin and improve overall body contour. Renuvion and BodyTite work by delivering controlled heating to the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and promoting skin tightening.
After Vaser lipo and Renuvion/Bodytite, it may be important to have a tailored follow-up plan. This should include manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and compression garment In my clinical practice, I also offer monopolar radiofrequency treatments like Exilis 360 Ultra to further enhance skin tightening and help to improve the final results.
It is important to understand that the results can vary and also to have realistic expectations.
