Can vaser liposuction and J plasma correct my previous airsculpt results? (photo)

I have had airsculpt twice on my flanks. This is my result. I am very unhappy with it and would like to do Vaser liposuction and j plasma one more time with a surgeon who can hopefully get it right. Do you think it will work?

Indeed, Vaser Liposuction, in combination with J Plasma, would be a suitable approach to treat previously sculpted areas. The Vaser technology is particularly advantageous in revision liposuction scenarios due to its ability to liquefy fat and navigate through scar tissue. This can enhance skin contractility and minimize discomfort and bruising compared to other liposuction techniques. Additionally, J Plasma can further augment skin contractility, creating a complementary combination with Vaser Liposuction. In my opinion, this dual approach offers superior outcomes to AirSculpting. To determine if your results are good it really depends on what your before photos look like. There's a good chance that vaser liposuction will not give you significantly better results, as part of your issue is loose skin on your back. Also, a third liposuction procedure will be difficult, but not impossible. I would probably consider adding bodytite or renuvion to try and tighten the skin somewhat.

Caring  Thank you for sharing your photo. I do think Liposuction or Vaser Lipo with Renuvion will likely improve or possible correct the roles in your flanks. Caring, please allow your body to heal first before more surgery.  At a minimum give yourself 6 months before have revision as this will improve your ability to heal from the next surgery and reduce the risk of complications. Wishing you the best.

Thanks for your question and photos. 
I understand that you're unhappy with the results of your previous AirSculpt procedures on your flanks and are considering alternative surgical options. 
In my clinical practice, I always offer several options ( surgical and non-surgical options). Based of the photos provided, In my opinion you can consider 2 surgical options.  
The first option is surgical Back Lift/ bra line lift. This procedure removes excess skin and improve the contour of the upper and mid-back area. However this surgical procedure involve extensive scars along the bra line or upper back. 
If the patient refuse this option, then there is a second option , less invasive. 
Vaser Liposuction + Renuvion or BodyTite: Vaser liposuction is a minimally invasive procedure that uses ultrasound energy to break up and remove excess fat from targeted areas. Combined with Renuvion or BodyTite, which are both minimally invasive skin tightening techniques that utilize radiofrequency energy, this combination can help tighten the skin and improve overall body contour. Renuvion and BodyTite work by delivering controlled heating to the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and promoting skin tightening.
After Vaser lipo and Renuvion/Bodytite,  it may be important to have a tailored follow-up plan. This should include manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and compression garment In my clinical practice, I also offer monopolar radiofrequency treatments like Exilis 360 Ultra to further enhance skin tightening and help to improve the final results.
It is important to understand that the results can vary and also to have realistic expectations. 
I strongly advice to make an appointment with your previous surgeon to discuss your concern or with another surgeon expert in expert in body contouring and skin tightening procedures for a medical/surgical assessment, discuss risks and benefits of each procedure and make a bespoke treatment plan.

It's difficult to say without examining your specific case, but it is possible that Vaser liposuction and J-Plasma treatment could help you achieve the results you desire.
It's important to note that there are several factors that can impact the success of any body contouring procedure, including the individual's anatomy, the surgeon's technique, and the patient's healing process. It's possible that the Airsculpt procedure may not have been effective in your case due to one or more of these factors.
However, a skilled and experienced plastic surgeon who is familiar with Vaser liposuction and J-Plasma technology may be able to achieve a more desirable outcome. It's important to schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate your specific case, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend the best course of treatment for you. During the consultation, the surgeon can also provide you with an idea of the expected outcomes and recovery time.
In addition, it's important to have realistic expectations about what the procedure can accomplish. Vaser liposuction and J-Plasma treatment can help to remove unwanted fat and tighten skin in some cases, but it may not be able to completely eliminate all areas of fat or skin laxity. Thank you for your question.  I'm sorry the non-invasive method did not give you the desired result but unfortunately this is often the case.  Vaser lipo will definitely improve your result.  I don't think you would need j-plasma afterward.

Thank you for sharing your pictures. In your case, Vaser and Renuvion are great options. Vaser will help melt the scar tissue from the airsculpt giving you better and smoother results. I would advise you only to choose a surgeon that uses Vaser Liposuction as the airsculpt leaves internal scar tissue. It will ensure good results. Renuvion will help tighten the skin.

One posed photos? In my opinion you needed an expert boarded Plastic Surgeon to offer correct traditional lipo as a better option under general anesthesia. I do not recommend Vaser or J-Plasma since causes severe internal scarring fibrosis or even burns! Fee $6,000.  Best to virtual with....

To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we always need to see before and after pictures. Skin laxity on the back especially of women is really common.
There are certain skin attachments along the mid torso creating skin folds when the skin drops when you put your arm in a down position.
 What does skin on the back under tension like when you raise your arm above your head the folds improve.
Skin folds are not related to subcutaneous fat and or a skin condition. Well done Liposuction can improve the back bra role fold but if someone has a defined fold to start with it is still going to be there after liposuction. It is not related to fat distribution it is a skinfolds.
Well done Liposuction will not eliminate skinfold because it’s a skin problem.
There are no secondary treatments or devices that will sufficiently create skin tightening to make this go away.
Having more Liposuction is going to do very little since you’ve already had subcutaneous fat removed and that is not the problem.
Doing further liposuction will just make your skin look over treated because you’ve already had liposuction twice.
Personally I used Jay plasma a.k.a. Renuvion for one year and I saw literally no skin tightening on any of my patients. Not a single one of my patients felt that their skin had improved from the treatment.
To make an accurate assessment on the outcome of your procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have those then ask your provider to forward the ones they took.
The arms need to be in exactly the same position in your before and after pictures because arm position drastically changes how the back appears. The shoulder has more range of motion than any other joint in the body and to allow this range of motion to be extended fully there has to be skin laxity with your arm in a down position. Starting at an early age we loose skin elasticities and this creates skin laxity. Removing subcutaneous fat does not improve skin laxity. The scar tissue formed from liposuction can help Contractor skin to some degree. none of the other “skin tightening treatments” including laser, Renuvion or bodytite really offer anything significantly more.
Ideally patients should have in person consultations at which time they should have an examination with an accurate assessment at which time what can and cannot be achieved with the procedure should be explained in detail.
If patients understand the difference between skin laxity and subcutaneous fat that they can come to except the fact that the procedure may not give them the results they had hoped for. This is especially true for skin folds on the back.
The fact that your skin folds did not go away does not mean the procedure wasn’t done correctly. It does indicate that there may have been a lack of quality communications in regards to your assessment as well as describing what could or could not be achieved from the procedure.
Did you have multiple in person consultations with surgeons before your procedure?
The most common reason for individuals to not have a good understanding of what the procedure can or cannot deliver because of a unclear explanation of the assessment comes from virtual consultations.
I think you should be very cautious and moving forward with another procedure that virtually does the same thing when the first one didn’t work.
It’s actually wrong to say the first procedure didn’t work since you haven’t included before and after pictures.
Cannot make an assessment on the outcome of the procedure if we don’t know what you look like before the surgery.
Please consider re-posting it with proper before and after pictures.
