Without pictures it is not possible to give you a specific answer because it is important a detailed assessment of the area to be treated, your skin e.g. elasticity, muscle tone, smoking status, age, history of significant weight fluctuations etc.
In my clinical practice, I advice the patient don't loose too much weight because there is a risk of saggy skin i.e. in patient above 30-40 years old.
In my experience Vaser in combination with J plasma (Renuvion) if required, is an effective and safe procedure for remove fat but also for give definition, profile to the body with minimal risk of saggy skin in the right candidate and it also depends how much fat is removed during the procedure and the area treated.
After the surgery, I always recommend a bespoke aftercare protocol including compression garment, manual lymphatic drainage sessions, non invasive devices such as External Ultrasound and Radiofrequency, healthy diet and exercise in order to maintain and improve the results and reduce the risk of saggy skin, help with skin retraction and keep you body weight stable over the time.

Liposuction removes fat cells from your body. The more fat cells you have, the more likely it is that the procedure will be successful.

So far, you’ve not given us any information, whether you are a good candidate for Liposuction or not. Generally people with thicker layers of subcutaneous fat seem more impact from Liposuction since there is more fat to remove. I generally do not recommend anybody gaining weight for the purpose of having a surgical procedure.
In the end, there are only two variables that matter when it comes to quality liposuction results. Those variables are patient candidacy, and the skill of the surgeon. All other variables like which Equipment is being used are fairly irrelevant.
Determining someone’s candidacy, for Liposuction is complex and requires taking multiple valuables into consideration. To do that we had minimum would need to see pictures. Generally, speaking age, lowers individuals, candidacy for quality, liposuction results. Any type of skin, laxity or pregnancy related changes tends to also lower candidacy to some degree.
There is substantial variation and Liposuction outcomes based on who does the procedure. Liposuction results are highly provider dependent and choosing a sufficiently talented and experienced provider is paramount in both getting a quality assessment, and getting the best possible outcome.
