Dr. Mark Tseng is an amazing,talented doctor! I thought I had found my surgeon in Seattle for a breast revision. I went to see Dr. Tseng for a procedure called, Profound that lifts the bum.He explains that I wouldn't be satisfied w the results ( for reference,I'm 58 w stretch marks) and he enthusiastically told me of a BBL for skinny girls- we usually have spots of fat @ this age. I was Soo excited as we were looking through numerous pictures.The difference was ,time after time,very dramatic. He offered me a 6k discount for use of before and after pictures! So,I am getting this done in August.I must add this was NO pressure, he has a low key confidence,not egotistical but well a picture does speak a thousand words. And,I think what struck me the most is he took so much time w me to answer my questions and he's SUCH A GREAT LISTENER!! Can be rare in the busy medical field. So, of course,I wanted to see the breast augmentation pictures and they were equally impressive. Dr. Tseng really has great compassion. I was hit by a car in 2020 and told I probably had a ruptured, besides it had been 28 years since my implants and they were showing their age-double dip in left breast for one thing. I 100% knew it would be well worth the commute to Kirkland,on the bus from Seattle,to have Dr.Tseng for this complex surgery. He estimated it as a 4-5 hr operation ,which was very daunting to me; but I felt reasurred that I was in the best hands. In my pre-op's we discussed size,of course. I wanted to go to a D and we decided on 535 cc's, though larger sizes were brought in. I'm assymetretic,w right smaller than left. It turned out to be a 4 hr surgery and I gotta say,I'm so scared of general,but the doc, anesthesiologist and nurse were so wonderful and calming I actually was peaceful. Dr. Tseng had me imagining I was in Hawaii.... He's great w post-op 's and I'm 3 months in. I was concerned the right breast was smaller than the left. Finally,it was explained to me that it's my anatomy and the way my ribs are different on each side causing this. They are quite pretty and it's to soon to tell if something will be done to make them more even. Don't expect perfection, we're all asymmetrical in some way. But,Dr.Tseng had suggestions! After 6 month mark,if R breast doesn't drop more,he could do a fat graft, another type of implant or something I nixed,a breast lift. He very well was probably right about that. I was worried about the scars( just me) in all the pic's they really fade. And, I will keep you updated on this and my skinny BBL! Dr. Tseng is one n a million and I can't recommend him enough! HUGE shout out to his staff,as well!! All the ladies are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My last minute concerns were answered over the phone numerous times. I had the most interaction w Tina who showed me her augmentation/revision w lift that looks amazing.And,she's had the skinny BBL and is a wealth of information on that. I'd give 10 stars,.if I could!
If I could rate 10 stars I would, Doctor Tseng and his team are wonderful!! since my initial consultation with Wendy I knew I found the right place for my procedures, Doctor Tseng is not only extremely talented but has such a welcoming personality. The morning of my surgery I was super nervous but Doctor Tseng assured me I would be okay, he was by my side till I fell asleep. I met with Dr. Tseng 3 years ago after a gastric sleeve procedure. I had a lot of loose skin on my stomach and legs. His consult with me was honest and his advice on taking the first step, allowed me to put a plan together. I waited until I retired (May of 2024) to have the procedure done. He recommended a thigh lift along with a tummy tuck. Again, he wanted to make sure we both had the same vision so that I had reasonable expectation and didn't thing I would look like I did in my 20s! Dr. Tseng team are awesome and I wasn't scared at all. I knew I was in the best of hands. I am now 3 months since my surgery and it was/is a surreal feeling. I lost over 15 pounds after removing all the excess skin and after the swelling went down. My stomach is as flat as it was when I was a teenager! I am planning a few more procedures this year and now that I know what he can do, I'm impatient to get them done. He is always available by cell phone once you get home from surgery. I called him a few times regarding a prescription change request and another time after I moved around too much and ripped open some stiches on my inner thighs. This was a Friday night and he asked me to meet him at his clinic and proceeded to clean and bandage them up. This was on his day off. You won't get a more caring doctor as he gets just as excited as you about the results and changing your life!
Dr. Tseng and his team are great. I had a mini tuck, lipo, mid face fat transfer and upper blepharoplasty and I'm only 2.5 months post up so this might be too early. Though my mid face fat transfer did not hold up, the rest of the work is healing nicely and I'm satisfied. Thank you team! I'll definitely be back for some fine tuning in the future.
I had eyebrow lift procedure done. It only took a couple hours in the office, even with local anesthesia, it was minimally invasive and very tolerable. I had no downtime for work and no pain issues. Dr. Tseng was very professional during the entire process, the cuts are small and barely visible. He took time to make them looking as natural as possible and hidden by my hairline. My recovery was surprisingly quick, on the second day after the procedure, the cuts did not bother me anymore. In a few week, I realized I would like more skin removed to have a greater effect, DR. Tseng did an additional procedure of skin removal to make it more visible at no cost. This is a stellar service, which made me happy.

Suffice to say, you will not find a more thorough physician than Dr. Tseng. Last time I went to see him for aqua gold, he did so many passes over my face, neck, and décolleté that I lost count, literally. Though it's unadvertised and he does not charge extra for it, when he does the Infini treatment, he finishes the procedure with MD Lase (sp?) for best results. I've been doing these procedures with him now for the last 10-ish years, am 55, and not even close to needing a face or neck lift (no one ever believes my age). I also love how honest he is. If you ask him for something he doesn't think you need, he will tell you so and explain why. His bedside manner is second to none. He will not hold back in his honest assessment and can be very complimentary. On the contrary, if he sees an issue (rare with me), he will point it out and explain so you don't go in the wrong direction or overdo anything. He has a club which makes otherwise prohibitively expensive procedures actually affordable. With this, you get 12 units of treatment, so I opt for Infini every six months, and aqua gold with PRP every three months. This was on his recommendation as a maintenance schedule, and I could not be happier with the results. I just don't think you could go wrong with him and he will err on the side of caution if anything. Dr. Tseng gets my highest possible recommendation.
