I recently underwent a thigh lift with Dr. Tseng, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results—beyond thrilled, actually! For years, I’ve been self-conscious about the loose, lax skin on my legs. My mastopexy experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Mark Tseng took real time to listen to my concerns, understand what mattered to me, and explain every step with calm confidence. Dr. Tseng came highly recommended to me by a friend that had seen him, and I knew after my consult that he was the surgeon that I'd be working with. He had a very open manner and was very clear about what was and wasn't possible with the procedure that I was wanting (breast fat transfer) and made sure that the realities of the process were aligned with the results I expected/wanted. After discussion I opted to do a full vasor 360 liposuction as well. Since he would need to harvest fat for the transfer anyway taking the opportunity to do some additional sculpting of my shape was appealing. Recovery sucks. Particularly from the lipo. And it definitely takes quite awhile for the results to settle into place. But I'm ~9 months out now and quite happy with my results. I went from a 34 A/B cup to a 34 DD/DDD cup, the results are soft and natural (since it's all still my own fat). And my shape is all still me, just a little more contoured now.

After seeing many doctors who might have a solution other than surgery, and spending literally thousands of dollars on non-invasive treatments for my problem area, Dr. Tseng was my last hope. After meeting him, he made me realize that surgery was the only way to treat my issue. Dr. Tseng took the time to help me understand what I could expect from the surgery, explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and never made me feel rushed or unsure. Proceeding with the surgery was a very difficult decision to make but I'm glad that Dr. Tseng was the surgeon to do it. He was by my side the entire time before surgery helping me to feel secure. Dr. Tseng's entire staff - the front desk, all of the nurses, and the anesthesiologist, have been caring and professional. The post-op appointments have been very helpful. Every concern and question has been addressed. I'm very thankful that I found Dr. Tseng!

Dr. Tseng, Wendy and the rest of the TPS staff do a great job at easing any first-time jitters you may have by explaining exactly what to expect before, during and after a procedure. Very satisfied with the procedure I had removing excess skin in chest area after weight loss (moob lift?). Process was smooth, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I previously had surgery about 10 years ago at a multi location clinic, I’m glad I sought out Dr Tseng this time, much higher quality and attention to detail.
