Thank you for your question. With the mentioned amount of weight loss, exspect some changes of your face. What corrective procedure might be needed, is hard to forsee. It could be anything from no procedure, to aesthetic treatments, lipofilling, or a secondary facelift / necklift. I all depends on your current appearance, your skin & soft tissue.
