Tat are of your abdomen is fairly tight and does not stretch much. You may have some stretching, but it will not cover your whole abdomen.

Yes the tattoo will be stretched and pulled to a lower position during the tummy tuck procedure. Your surgeon can demonstrate how far down you can expect the tattoo be located. It may not appear distorted but it will be stretched.

Your tattoo will be stretched to some degree. The amount of distortion will be based on how far the undermining goes and how much tension is put on your skin.
In other words, if the undermining or separation of tissue layers is done really high like up onto your ribcage or to the inframammory fold then your tattoo will be stretched more. You’ll also get a better tummy tuck result. The upper part of your tattoo will not experience stretching and the lowest part will be stretched more.
In the end I don’t think it’s going to distort the tattoo that much but it may look slightly different. So will your abdomen.

Yes, your tattoo will be pulled down with a tummy tuck operation, seems to cover the belly, it will look streched for sure but I dont think so will look distorted. Does the tattoo cover your boobs? If you dont have much skin under the umbilicus, if the excess skin is above the umbilicus you may benefit from a reverse tummy tuck, (it is just a suggestion according to your photo, maybe it is not suitable, your doc will decide it)
