Generally, several weeks between should be ok. As long as you can get up and move around freely after the bunion and feel you can tolerate the procedure , then can do the tummy tuck.

I would not recommend the tummy tuck before the bunion- it is very important to walk frequently and move to prevent blood clots. So no casts or splints to immobilize bunion foot/leg.
