I am worried for my tip two years after rhinoplasty - abnormal color. Should I wait longer for revision? (Photo)

I had my 3rd rhinoplasty on January of 2021. I need a new revision for my tip answer nostrils but my skin color looks so abnormal at the tip. I have already waited for 2 years but it won’t change. I tried even massaging it and it has become softer but the color is still abnormal. Do you think I have to wait more for my revision ?

Your up close photos are difficult to interpret, however, I believe I see an indentation in your mid bridge. If this is the case, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections maybe considered for improving upon this indentation without further surgery. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

I know you wrote this a while ago, but I just saw it and thought I'd throw in my two cents. Adding anything to this nose will make the tip look bigger, and won't alleviate how the graft(s) are pushing against the skin, and I don't think you'd appreciate a bigger tip. And there may be other...

Based on what I see, you have a tiny bit of nostril margin asymmetry. If this is something that is bothering you, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for improving upon nostril symmetry. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Though you may have some persistent swelling 2 years after a revision rhinoplasty surgery, it should not be a great deal. You are looking at something close to your final result. Sometimes a permanent non-surgical nose job may be an option for filling in indentations along the bridge, however,...

Sorry to hear about your broken noses. If these are due to sports injuries, you may want to wait to rhinoplasty after your sports days are over with. And, YES, rhinoplasty can fix dorsal hump, bulbous tip and can correct a long nose by shortening it.

Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. you can consider a revision surgery to fix and camouflage bridge irregularity and bumps after one year of your primary surgery.
