Would liposuction (I’m thinking vaser) be enough to give me a more defined chin? I don’t mind having a small chin but just hate the fat causing a double chin effect. I’m currently about 20lbs over my goal weight but I still have this chin fat even when I’m underweight. I’d consider chin filler later on to enhance the effect but initially don’t want to do anything more major than lipo.
