I’ve had jawline and chin filler once before and it was horrible done and I had a stranage reaction. Would I benefit from a chin implant, mini neck lift, fat dissolving injections, or threads? As you can see by the pictures the front view of my chin is uneven, and the side looks like I haven’t got a jaw or chin.

Answer: In the office In an hour in the office you can get so much closer to what you're looking for. A chin implant done through your mouth along with some neck liposuction, or energy such as necktite, will be your best choice. I would not go with fat injections or threads. Answer: Chin implant/genioplasty When thinking about chin augmentation, a chin implant or sliding genioplasty are the two main options. It is also worthwhile to have the surgeon look at your teeth to see if additional jaw surgery may be beneficial. In profile view, there is great upper lip support. Both chin asymmetry and protrusion can be addressed very well with sliding genioplasty.
