Small, weak chin and jowl dips. Not interested in fillers, what procedure would be best for me? (photos)

I’ve had jawline and chin filler once before and it was horrible done and I had a stranage reaction. Would I benefit from a chin implant, mini neck lift, fat dissolving injections, or threads? As you can see by the pictures the front view of my chin is uneven, and the side looks like I haven’t got a jaw or chin.

Based on the photos you provided, you have a recessed chin, and you may be an ideal candidate for a chin implant. A chin implant is an excellent chin augmentation procedure that provides significant contour improvement and permanent results. It is also a good option for you since you don’t like fillers.
 
I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can do a proper evaluation of your facial features and tailor the best procedure plan that will achieve the best possible results.

I would recommend a genioplasty. This would give your chin more projection, add length and definition to your jawline and fix the slight asymmetry. With that, you may also benefit from buccal fat removal, which would reduce some of the fullness in your lower cheeks. You may also consider jawline lipo, but the genioplasty itself may get you the results you are looking for. When thinking about chin augmentation, a chin implant or sliding genioplasty are the two main options. It is also worthwhile to have the surgeon look at your teeth to see if additional jaw surgery may be beneficial. In profile view, there is great upper lip support. You look like you would be a good candidate for a chin, implant, or sliding genioplasty.
Both procedures have certain advantages and disadvantages. It seems like oral surgeons do more of the sliding genioplasty while plastic surgeons tend to do more implants, but both specialties contribute to this part of facial aesthetic surgery.
I suggest having a few in person, consultations and see what each provider has to say.
All people have facial asymmetry. The asymmetry may still be present after surgery.
