I came to Dr. Lehrer after being evaluated by another provider about having orthognathic surgery, I already decided I wanted to move forward and was in the process of straightening my teeth with Invisalign. He assured my we could move forward with the surgery despite not having conventional braces. Dr. Lehrer took my measurements and physically showed me what my new bite would look like with 3D printed models. I was impressed with the visuals and was eager to move forward. After surgery he was thorough in aftercare and was helpful with concerns I had. The results of my surgery could not have been better, truly. Down to the millimeter, my bite is perfect. I liked the way I looked before and didn't feel bad about my physical appearance, the purpose of the surgery was purely functional. I am so happy with how my surgery has positively affected my life, how I see myself, and how others see me. I am so grateful to Dr. Lehrer and his staff throughout this entire process.

I had spent months trying to find a surgeon to finish my orthodontic treatment - I needed double jaw surgery to correct an overbite, a misaligned bite, and a narrow jaw. My first consultation with Dr. Lehrer was fantastic - he walked me through what the surgery would be like, he was honest about the difficulty of recovery (which I greatly appreciated), and showed me exactly what would be altered during my surgery. The technology available in his office is incredible - I got to see a 3d print of my skull with my nerve endings, teeth, and joints mapped out, so I had a much better idea of how the surgery would go.

The day of the surgery, he and Dr. Daneshgar met with me in the pre-operative room to see how I was doing. I was nervous, but seeing him and having him introduce me to the surgical staff made me feel much more at ease. He was very attentive before and after my surgery, on-hand to answer questions from my family and I, and visiting in the hospital to check on my recovery. It was a tough first week, as all jaw surgery recoveries are, but he gave me the confidence and will to take an active role in my recovery.



I'm about six weeks following my surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. My bite is well-aligned, and my front and side profiles look incredible - I'm happy with my smile for the first time in my life. He treated me with respect and care every step of the way during my surgical journey, and I cannot overstate how skillful of a surgeon he is.

Absolutely amazing!

From the first time that we visited him Dr. Lehrer has been knowledgeable, empathetic, humorous, compassionate, and very informative. My son has been suffering for 11 years and when Dr. Lehrer, after the surgery, told me that it went absolutely perfectly I cannot describe the feeling of relief that I, as a father, felt.

SEARCH NO MORE! Dr. Ian Lehrer and his team are the answer to all our issues from dental to cosmetic surgery. I had severe TMJ, to the point where I was more confident wearing a mask during COVID than without. That is the reason why I started searching for help. During my first initial consult was not what I expected. His team had me laughing and smiling from the moment I walked in.When I met with Dr. Lehrer, I knew right then and there that he was the right Dr for me. He examined my jaw and set me up for a plan that I feel confident and ready for! He gave me a list of ortho's to work with for braces prior to my surgery and tips to help ease the pain until then. I even mentioned to him how I wanted my lips done after surgery, and I did not know this at the time, but HE DOES FILLERS AND BOTOX! Before I left the office, I had a jaw surgery plan, and beautiful lips and cheeks. I cannot stress enough how much this man gave me my confidence, in just the first time meeting him. He truly is an artist.During my surgery, Dr. Lehrer, never left my side and walked me through every process. His team was so supportive and helped calm my nerves. They were all so in sync! I loved it. He even went the extra mile and checked up on me during times he did not have to. I cannot thank this man and his team enough.
