Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos you provided I can say that your chin is very behind than your nose. This image cause of the poor projection form the side profile. With chin implant and rhinoplasty, your side profile can be improve and you can achieve your goal. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!
Based on your profile photos, I feel as though the tip of your nose sticks out too far and that you have a piece of bone at the base of your nasal septum that is causing blunting of the angle between your nose and upper lip. Based on your profile, I would not suggest chin augmentation as a first treatment. Please consider Consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
On your side profile I see several things, all minor, that may contribute to what you call looking "off." You are correct that your chin is slightly far back compared to your nose. While your nose may project slightly far, your dorsum connect to the upper face at a slightly lower point than normal, giving the appearance of a projecting nose and a dorsal hump. A straight on view would be able to let me know whether or not tip refinement would be necessary, but I think you would be a good candidate for a dorsal nasal graft, slight hump reduction, tip deprojection, and tip refinement. Likely would need to be done through an open approach although this is admittedly surgeon preference.
There is no doubt that is the nose who dominates your profile. Well planned and executed rhinoplasty would significantly improve your profile. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.
Your nose appears large for the face in the profile view and will improve with Reduction RhinoplastyReduction rhinoplasty is the term used for making a big nose smaller. However it can have many components. 1. Large as in sticking out on side view.2. Large as in big tip3. Wide nostrils4. Wide bones in the front view.5. Dorsal hump making it look big.All these can be addressed together or separately depending on the individual situation.RegardsDr. J
Your nose sticks out too far from the face or what is technically known as projection. Your nasal bridge could be lowered and I think you would get a nicer appearance. Closed rhinoplasty and keep it simple
You have a strong nose which projects far from your face. And you are enhancing the visibility and prominence of your nose with the nose piecing (calling attention to it).Reducing the nose size while advancing the chin somewhat should give you a nice balance.
Hello,What might be bothering you is that your midface region and nose is a little bit more forward compared to your forehead and chin. To help with the harmony of your face, I recommend to you:-Rhinoplasty -fat injections to forehead-chin filler or implantBest regards
Your profile: You have an over projecting nasal tip which is also slightly over rotated. This may make your chin look weak, but your chin is really fine as is the rest of your face.
Based on your photos, you are a candidate for revision rhinoplasty. While I don't discretely see an open roof deformity, the bridge is low and appears a bit washed out. The open roof can be felt during an examination, so that is very important. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for...
Hello! Thank you for your question. So for the beginning the necrosis means the tissue deaths simply. If you do not smoke or do not have any blood circulation sickness, you have very little necrosis risk. Please follow your surgeons guide about that. If you can provide photos from front of your...
Some women develop a lot of facial and nasal swelling after they become pregnant and have a baby. Generally it is best to wait for all of your facial and nasal swelling to dissipate before considering rhinoplasty surgery. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
