Ruptured implant leaked to lymph nodes

You can break anything, including an implant. since it is ruptured, I would suggest seeing your plastic surgeon and having it exchanged. The capsule also may need to be removed.

The decision to remove and/or replace breast implants can be a difficult and personal one, as there are often several factors to consider. Since you are having symptoms, you should look to have your ruptured implants removed soon as this should hopefully help with relief of your symptoms. Breast implants do not last forever, as they are not lifetime devices, and they rupture for a wide variety of reasons. Since you are having symptoms such as pain, firmness or other symptoms, be sure to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for an appointment and evaluation for options for you. Hope this helps.

Ultrasound is not that sensitive for detecting ruptured, silicone implants.
The best most accurate study is an MRI. Consider getting confirmation with an MRI before undergoing revision surgery.
I suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns with him or her.
