Hello. I’ve had breast implants for years - excellent results, no problems of any kind whatsoever. My breasts were symmetrical and if not told, one could never tell I had implants. My right saline implant deflated so I was referred to a new surgeon. After his 1st surgery I had to wear a 40-50cc external silicone prosthesis on the left side. After his 2nd surgery, I now have to wear a 75-100cc one on the right. He says he did an excellent job. Do your patients have to wear a prosthesis??? Follow-up: I have Poland Synd/severe chest asymm. on R side. When R saline implant deflated, ws referred to new surgeon to whom I provided 37 yrs of medical records. 5 yrs ago implants = L435/R550 exact overfill, excellent results. W his 1st failed surgery R was made larger, huge IMF issues created, prev only 1cm diff. On 2nd attempt he ignored Plan, now L565/R590. L is now cup size larger than R, IMF overcorrected, R curve sewed flat, malposition. 100cc external prosthesis now needed on RIGHT
