Is it a risk going bigger?

Friendly643140
I had an initial BA end of 2022, it failed on one side due to infection and extrusion, The skin opened to form a hole measuring around 6 x 4 cm, I had to have them both removed as an emergency in February 2023, I was left with very uneven breasts due to the tissue damage on the one which extruded. Ihad them redone in April 2023 and since then they’ve been healing well I really want to go bigger, from 420cc to 750cc but I’m not sure whether my body is at risk of rejecting again?
