Is redness on the nose tip 6 months after rhinoplasty a sign of necrosis?

Fierce994262
Hi, I got my procedure 6 months ago and redness on the tip of my nose is still prevalent. It seems to worsen in heat exposure, but is generally always present. Is this a sign of necrosis? Will it ever go away?
