Is redness on the nose tip 6 months after rhinoplasty a sign of necrosis?

It would be worth going on a course of antibiotics. If that doesn’t resolve the situation you should look into whether a cartilage graft was used in your tip. If there is a graft removing it could resolve the problem

Some people develop nasal redness after rhinoplasty surgery and if this is problematic, many times it may be treated with intense pulsed light treatments. The redness is associated with pain and discomfort, occasionally this can be due to an infected permanent suture or another foreign body implant if one was used. The redness on your nose is not necrosis. It looks like rosacea. Do you wear daily sunscreen? If not, today would be a good day to start.
