Hi, I got my procedure 6 months ago and redness on the tip of my nose is still prevalent. It seems to worsen in heat exposure, but is generally always present. Is this a sign of necrosis? Will it ever go away?

Based on your photos, you have a nice result after rhinoplasty. Over the first year or two, the tip can lose support, but so far, it looks good. Be sure to keep following up with your surgeon so you can have it evaluated.
