Hi, I had my rhino in 2017 and for many years I was happy with my results. 3 years ago I started a very stressful job and as a weird coping mechanism I used to pick at the blackheads on my nose every single day almost for 2 years. Then I left that job and now I only do black head extractions maximum twice a week. But I have noticed that whilst I had that job my nose tip became significantly wider and my nostril showed more and my nose was more lifted. This has not gone away. Any treatment?

There are many options.  You likely have had thickened skin due to inflammation and repeated trauma.  This can be treated with some medications for acne (e.g. accutane), with energy (e.g. radiofrequency), or with steroid shots.

Since it has been many years since your surgery, I suspect that the effects of gravity have caused the tip of your nose to droop a bit. I doubt that this is due to anything you may have done while you were in a stressful environment. It is difficult to advise you how to move forward with the limited photos that you posted. Your procedure was done six years ago. Six years of facial aging will cause certain changes. Your pictures are still taken using different aperture’s. To make an accurate assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure especially finesse procedures like rhinoplasty surgery. We generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. I don’t see a clear indication for surgical intervention based on the information provided.
