Skin pulled from forehead to cover skeleton on nose, will the skin go back to normal?

This is not unusual if you had to get nasal reconstruction. Electrolysis will take care of it so it doesn’t grow back

There are various reasons the skin and tissue on top of skeleton of the nose would be missing. Many times it is due to skin cancer. Other times it is due to trauma (nose injured due to a crash, fall or animal bite). When tissue is removed from the nose for one of these reasons, doctors might use a flap of skin from a nearby area to fill the defect. One of these flaps uses forehead skin and it is called a "paramedian forehead flap". Once in a while, the skin flap needs to be longer in order to reach the defect and the incision extends a small distance into the hairline. A glabellar flap is another flap used to repair the nose skin. Local skin flaps take time to heal and settle down from the surgery and swelling. Most swelling settles down after about 4 months.
Regardless of which flap was used, the hair will continue to grow. Some people are candidates to get laser hair removal (depends on hair and skin color). If laser removal is not an option, then electrolysis hair removal may be an option.

Call when skin is moved with a use of flaps for reconstructive purposes, then sometimes hair bearing skin can be moved.
If the skin had hair follicles, and they were most likely stay where they were and continue growing hair, unless you have them treated
