Skin pulled from forehead to cover skeleton on nose, will the skin go back to normal?

RealSelfMember0990989
My skin was excessively pulled to cover my skeleton on nose and now the hair from middle of eyebrows appears to be growing on nose. Is this a practice and will skin go back to normal and in its place?
