I had a rhinoplasty 13 years ago. Nose swelling after pregnancy

Pregnancy would not be expected to change your nose. However your may have fluid retention. I would return to your surgeon and ask about taping the nose to bring down the swelling

As far as I can understand from your question if rhinoplasty operations are not performed correctly, they can be deformed in the long term, so revision operation is recommended, if you can provide photos , from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.

Thank you for your question. Our bodies go throgh major changes during pregnancy. Increasing estrogen levels during pregnancy causes dilation in vessels which causes blood flow. Therefore, swelling on the nose is very common during the pregnancy and it may take a while for it to subside. Best of luck to you.
