Would a rhinoplasty be necessary to correct asymmetry, nose shape, and a deviated septum? (photos)

Question

I am concerned about my nose shape. One nostril is a lot bigger than the other, and i think i also have a deviated septum. According to my knowledge, this is due to a injury that happened to me in childhood that led to swelling and pus. Please give some advices. (I really dont want to do a surgery, but if that's the only option, I might consider doing it) [photo included]

The treatment is surgical, a septorhinoplasty, if you wish to improve the shape of your nose as well as your breathing. Hi , during A septo rhinoplasty both the functional aspect and the aesthetic aspect are addressed in the same surgery leading to better functional outcome and appearance. You have quite a marked deviation of the septum and this can be addressed with a septorhinoplasty. Other options include filler or threads but they are stopgap measures and wont address the underlying problem.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a crooked nasal appearance and a deviated nasal septum. Generally, problems like this are repaired with septal rhinoplasty surgery. Yes, you will definitely need a rhinoplasty.  Your nose is asymmetrical, leaning towards one side and the septum is visible.  This is the only solution to correcting the problems.

The asymmetry of the nostrils is caused by the cartilage in the lower end of the septum. That’s simple to fix. Straightening your nose completely however is a considerable challenge and there are many ways to go about it.

Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty are necessary procedures that involve fixing the deviated caudal septum, performing osteotomies, and utilizing a unilateral spreader graft. Based on the photos you provided, it appears that your nasal septum is deviated, particularly in the caudal part, which is resulting in different nostril shapes. Additionally, there is an external deviation, making it appear as though the entire nasal pyramid is deviated.
