Is it scar tissue in nose of when pressing down thick skin with fingernail it goes down?

And i can see its just thick skin?I have really thick skin and had a steroid injection 4 weeks after surgery and continued to have regular shots for about 18 months. Results looked amazing and very defined with injections but inbetween injections it would go back to larger and shapeless, bulbous nose. When i press down the skin with my fingernail the skin goes down an it goes to where the skin i guess could shrink wrap... this is now 4 years after the surgery by the way. Is it scar tissue?

It's normal t feel tired the first few days after your surgery. I recommend my patients start walking and get out of bed as soon as possible. The first 3 hours after your surgery, you will still be exhausted and sleepy because of general anesthesia. You will feel much better the following day....

There is actually a way to shorten the face if the face is too long. But you do not need it. I also do not see the need for buccal fat pad removal. You’ve got a lonely face. Don’t let anyone touch it
