You can do a limited rhinoplasty to shave down the bump and that would be less expensive. However, kickboxing can damage the result.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, removing your dorsal hump without performing deprojection of your elongated nasal tip would not be a good result and would result in an exaggerated ski slope appearance of the nose. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
