Trauma to the nose following rhinoplasty surgery will alter its shape. It is probably in your best interests to defer any surgery until you have stopped kickboxing.

You can’t simply remove the hump. Actually I don’t think you need it anyway. I think for a male your nose is nice

You can do a limited rhinoplasty to shave down the bump and that would be less expensive. However, kickboxing can damage the result.

Based on your photograph, removing your dorsal hump without performing deprojection of your elongated nasal tip would not be a good result and would result in an exaggerated ski slope appearance of the nose. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. There is no solution to the hump on your nose other than rhinoplasty surgery. There may be people who recommend fillers, but this may make your nose larger, not smaller. We tell all our patients to be sensitive and gentle with their noses in the first period after surgery. But when the healing is over, you can kickbox as it will be like your natural nose. In case of get a damage it will be as resistant to impact as your normal nose.

The cost of the procedure depends on what the surgeon charges and what the cost for the facility and anesthesia is.
The surgeon will have their own pricing strategy, so it upon who you ask.
Some plastic surgeons may have different pricing, depending on the complexity of the procedure, some may not.
You can definitely return to kickboxing after the procedure but some plastic surgeons may recommend avoiding contact sports for a certain amount of time while you’re healing.
