The photos of Bella Hadid and her inverted V deformity are scary. I will be 18 months post op May 2nd. I have bumps that have shown up with a dip between them and the nasal bone. This is a revision and he did cartilage grafts. In one photo I sucked in air so you can see where the separation is. It almost feels I have 2 gaps on both sides.

I would go back to speak with your surgeon about these. Sometimes revision surgeries can take quite a long time to settle out. Regardless, some of these irregularities are not something I would consider exactly consider completely normal and may require some fat grafting, filler, or a revisionary surgery if they persist.

A better set of photographs are required in additional copy of the operative report to make a determination about how best to proceed. It's also important to know if there's any cartilage left over on the inside of the nose for grafting purposes. The inverted V deformity is treated with low lateral osteotomy's and spreader graft placement.
