Can this section under the nostrils be altered? (Photo)

I’m unhappy with the projection of my nose when I smile but from playing with Facetune I’ve noticed I can’t get an aesthetically pleasing profile without removing this part of the nose. Is it possible to get from picture 1 to picture 2?

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question After 6 months, the remaining bumps are permanent and require a revision operation. For get rid of this image I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty. It would be better face to face consultation. Best Regards!
