Rhinoplasty with a boxy tip and difficult nose - worth the risk? (Photos)

chloegeorgina98
Not had a rhinoplasty before but have always wanted one. My nose tip bothers me the most as it’s boxy and I also have a bump in my nose. I don’t want a huge change but I would like my nose to be a bit smaller and more refined tip. I have been for a couple consultations and have been advised my nose is difficult and hard to correct. Is this true? Does rhe risk outweigh the benefits? Attached pictures!
