Is this achievable in revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

I have previously had a rhinoplasty. My doctor removed too much cartilage from my nose and now the two lines around the tip of my nose are too visible (too contoured) I know that a lot of people are after this look but I really want the tip of my nose to look like how it did before surgery. Is this achievable with remaining cartilage from the nose or ear? or should I kiss this dream goodbye? Thank you very much!

If you might consider a permanent non-surgical nose job, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for adding permanent volume to your nasal tip and retracted nostril margins for a less operated nasal tip appearance. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

I do like your nose prior to your surgery so I can see why you would like it to appear more similar to your preoperative photos.  You will need bilateral lateral crural strut grafts to reconstruct the alar contour you desire, and from what I can see in the dorsum, you may need bilateral spreader grafts as it appears to show an inverted V deformity.  All of these grafts can come from septal cartilage but if that is not available then rib graft would be the next best option
