Is this achievable in revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I have previously had a rhinoplasty. My doctor removed too much cartilage from my nose and now the two lines around the tip of my nose are too visible (too contoured) I know that a lot of people are after this look but I really want the tip of my nose to look like how it did before surgery. Is this achievable with remaining cartilage from the nose or ear? or should I kiss this dream goodbye? Thank you very much!

The nose can be lengthened with cartilage grafting but unless your septum is untouched it Woukd be necessary to use Rob cartilage. Revision rhinoplasty is usually more complex than the initial surgery, and so more costly.
Hi, thank you for the question. Many reasons may cause at this soft area.. For this irregularity, your own cartilage should be used to fill in area (ideal treatment). Regards. OprDr. C. Altindag.
