Hello, I previously had a rhinoplasty that resulted in a significant infection, leading to implant protrusion and a hole in my skin. During a revision surgery, cartilage was used in an attempt to correct the issue, but unfortunately, the hole remains. My surgeon has now recommended a skin flap procedure as the next step. I would greatly appreciate your professional opinion on my current condition and any insights you might have regarding the skin flap method or alternative approaches.
