I had a rhinoplasty around 10 years ago and loved it. Ended up having a large pore removed that left a huge indent, had a revision rhinoplasty that’s left my nostrils totally different and lopsided. It looks like I have two noses put together. I hate to have another revision, but I’m wondering if it’s safe and possible to balance it out with another revision. Any input would be appreciated.

The first picture shows a crusty hole - is that recent? The central photo shows a hole that appears like a dimple and well healed. If that is where you are, you probably don't need the skin flap procedure. There should be smaller ways to improve that hole such as subcision, undermining, direct...
