Extended alar contour grafts and appropriate tensioning of the tip would be helpful. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. Based on your singular photo, we can see that you're right nostril margin is a bit higher than your left. If this is the asymmetry that is bothering you, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for lowering your right nostril margin and for improving upon nostril symmetry without additional surgery.
