Revision for lopsided nostrils? (Photo)

Question

I had a rhinoplasty around 10 years ago and loved it. Ended up having a large pore removed that left a huge indent, had a revision rhinoplasty that’s left my nostrils totally different and lopsided. It looks like I have two noses put together. I hate to have another revision, but I’m wondering if it’s safe and possible to balance it out with another revision. Any input would be appreciated.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty to help improve the symmetry of your nostrils. Extended alar contour grafts and appropriate tensioning of the tip would be helpful. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Based on your singular photo, we can see that you're right nostril margin is a bit higher than your left. If this is the asymmetry that is bothering you, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for lowering your right nostril margin and for improving upon nostril symmetry without additional surgery.
