I had a surgery last year where the doctor over resected my bridge and over narrowed my nasal bones. The narrowing close to the eyes is what bothers me the most, and the low radix and bridge. Is it possible to fix the narrowing close to the eyes? How can that be fixed?

Based on the location, it could be the bottom of your nasal septum, or possibly a cartilage graft sutured in that area. If it is not affecting your breathing, and if it is not affecting your overall results, I do not think there would be any need for an intervention. I hope this helps!...
