Maneuvers would include dorsal hump reduction, tip elevation, tip refinement, Nasal Tip Deprojection, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal scan with an over projected appearance of your profile, in the lower 1/3 of your nose. Goals of surgery may include bridge lowering and tip lifting for a less distracting and more feminine nasal profile appearance. Of the two procedures you're considering—septoplasty and rhinoplasty—the rhinoplasty requires more skill and experience. Ideally, your choice of surgeon should reflect this.

In your profile view, two concerns stand out. First, there is a moderate prominence of your nasal bridge. Lowering this would create better overall balance and proportionately lift your tip. Second, you might consider a chin implant to further enhance the balance of your profile.

You seem to be a good candidate for septorhinoplasty. In some offices where significant number of rhinoplasties is performed you may find a 3D simulation that will help you to visualize your projected result. It will help to develop the plan of surgery with your board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in nose surgery. Good luck.

The main problem is that your bridge is too prominent and needs to be lowered. And the tip needs to be raised up. This can be accomplished either with open ur closed rhinoplasty

The dorsum of your nose is slightly convex and not straight. Your nose will need to be straightened and the nasal columella angle needs to be increased slightly. The nose is leaning to one side and this will need to be corrected as well. You would also benefit from a chin implant.

What could be done with your nose? based on the photos you present, you appear to have a small dorsal hump and a slightly bulbous nasal tip. A routine rhinoplasty would address these issues. My own preference in such a simple straightforward situation would be for a closed rhinoplasty since it is less invasive. However each surgeon will have his own preference based on his own comfort level with the technique. it appears that your chin is borderline weak. A small amount of long acting filler could improve this in a non-invasive way. Thank you for your question, And good luck going forward.

What you’re asking for is a rhinoplasty consultation.
To consult properly for rhinoplasty takes about an hour and it’s a fairly involved process.
There are a number of things to discuss and there is no shortcut easy way to do this. I do not recommend patients rely on virtual consultations for any cosmetic surgical procedure and instead for like exclusively on in person consultations.
I don’t think patients can properly vet providers without meeting them in person.
Most likely a reduction rhinoplasty would be appropriate.
Are you going to have the same provider who does the septoplasty do your rhinoplasty surgery?
If not, are you going to ask two surgeons to coordinate and operate at the same time?
I suggest you first talk to your ENT doctor or whoever is doing your septoplasty and discuss your thoughts with him or her.
If they’re open to working with other surgeons, then you need to find a plastic surgeon who has privileges at the same facility and is willing to coordinate schedules.
Rhinoplasty surgery is fairly complex and I recommend patients be highly selective when choosing providers for this procedure.
This generally means having multiple in person consultations with providers who seem to have a proven track record, preferably focusing exclusively on rhinoplasty surgery.
Doing combine procedures can have potential advantages, but there are also many potential disadvantages.
During each consultation to ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar facial characteristics to your own.
Highly experience surgeons should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.Being shown a handful of pre-selected images of representing only the best results of a provider career may be insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider, what your outcome is likely to look like or how many of these procedures they have actually performed.
There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider.
Considering how much variation there is in skill among plastic surgeons for complex operations like rhinplastic surgery. I suggest having at least four or five consultations before considering a permanent irreversible facial aesthetic procedure.
