I had a rhinoplasty done 18moths ago, no complications just had steroid shots injected into the tip though. I fly from Australia to London (23hrs) in 3 weeks, should I be taping my nose to reduce swelling for the duration of the flight?

Your areas of concern are valid. Your nasal profile is ok, but the tip is too wide. For this I would suggest refining and narrowing the tip and decreasing the width of the nasal base. Your malar area is flat and your lips are small Both would benefit from fat injections.Your chin is recessive...
