Should I take my nose on long haul flight are having a rhinoplasty?

LauraAshley1
I had a rhinoplasty done 18moths ago, no complications just had steroid shots injected into the tip though. I fly from Australia to London (23hrs) in 3 weeks, should I be taping my nose to reduce swelling for the duration of the flight?
