I had open rhinoplasty 5 months ago for bump removal and now I have crooked tip retracted nostril with scar and big high sidewalls which is not swelling its bone. And the tip is turned up . Can this be fixed with revision?

Answer: Rhinoplasty It appears you may have had cartilage grafts placed in your nose making the tip fat. Also your nasal bones appear wide and couid be narrowed. Many different ways to approach correction

Answer: Revision of rhinoplasty I recommend you wait 6 months from the date of surgery before undergoing any revision. You would benefit from a revision. You will need the tip redefined as it is bulbous and the nose is angled to your right. The base of the nose has widened. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
