I had a SMAS facelift and neck lift in March 2020 the neck lift was revised in sept 2021 but I have been left with stretched scars behind my ears. I have been using silicone gel and strips since the procedure but they are still pink. My surgeon has suggested micro needling. I would appreciate some advice on this please and whether I should consider scar revision surgery or any other treatments? Many thanks.
