Acne scars that I have previously tried to fill with filler and lasers and no improvement and no hope just want a smoother chest area.

I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the laser treatments, but am hardly surprised. My regular followers could attest to the fact that I have been cautioning them for years already that expensive, "bells and whistles"  fraxel lasers (as well as RF devices) are backed far more by social media hype and marketing promtion than any hard science. Sorry. Subcision, which I have been routinely performing since 1995, is a simple relatively inexpensive technique for elevating and smoothing indented scars from all causes, including those from acne. anywhere on the body. It has a several decades long, proven track record for safety and efficacy, something that cannot be said for the many here-today-gone-tomorrow lasers and other so-called energy-based devices.  Once the indentations have been raised, professionally performed manual Dermastamp microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling), may be performed to help better blend any residual, superficial color and textural irregularities with the surrounding normal skin. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist experienced in subcision (admittedly somewhat tough to find these days as there is such heavy hawking out there for the supposedly "next big thing," expensive gizmo treatments. I see your case and I only have two options: one is to resection the area or depression but you would change that depression for a linear scar, another option is to do a small Lipo and infiltrate the fat into the depression to give volume and improve the quality of the skin in the area, I hope I can help you.
