How to correct scar near eye?

Hello I have this scar near my eye that is now over a year old. It first began as a little acne scar that bothered me to which then I got revised, But the resulting scar is now more noticeable, longer, and a different skin tone then the rest of the surrounding skin and my plastic surgeon tells me another scar revision won't yield a better result so now I am wondering what you would do in my situation as I am even more bothered by the scarring? Thanks

First, let me say that I am very sorry you are having this problem, although I am not surprised. My regular followers know well that I caution against scar revision surgeries in areas subject to motion or static tension, as these are prone to the subsequent development of stretch scars (which are typically hypopigmented) and even tram track stitch marks. If a scar is indented, subcision can be used to elevate and smooth it. For blending skin tone, professionally performed manual Dermastamp microneedling (no need for the added expense or risks of RF microneedling) accompanied by pigment enhancing topical medications can help to better blend  the scar with surrounding normal skin.  You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
