It is possible to reduce the prominence of your antihelix in a revision surgery. It would be a good idea to return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns.

If you feel like one of your ears is sticking out too far after otoplasty, or if you are dissatisfied with the appearance of your antihelical fold, you should bring these concerns to the attention of your surgeon, while reviewing before and after photos. Has your ear drifted away from your head over the months that followed? Or has your ear always looked as it does now, except now less swollen? Did your doctor utilize permanent sutures or dissolvable sutures? Up close photos of difficult to interpret.
