3 months after trauma to nose, lower part of nose looks bigger/fatter. Nose is straight, symmetrical and the shape is the same as prior to trauma. The trauma slightly deviated the septum. Could the change in size be because there is some unresolved swelling? Should more time be given given for recovery? If so, how long?
