I’m 5 foot 4, 26 years old. I’ve had breast augmentation twice now. My nipples show when wearing bikinis, vest etc. The second was revision for the scarring, large nipples and shape of breasts. I’ve come out of revision still feeling like my nipples are way too high. I told my surgeon before the revision about how my breasts have bottomed out, he said he would tighten the underneath so my nipples were in a better position yet they still are bottomed out. I wear bikinis they show, I wear low cut tops/ dresses they show. This is the second time it has happened to me now
