Should I get a 2nd opinion from a different surgeon as nipples show after 2 surgeries? (Photos)

Your nipples appear to be centered rather low on the implants. It appears that the distance between your nipples and the crease below your breasts (inframammary folds) is excessive. Shortening this should increase fullness in the upper part of your breast, resulting in a lower position of your nipples on the breast mound. The would require a revision or secondary breast lift. There is no harm in getting a second opinion, but you should discuss options with your current surgeon as well.

I’m not clear whether you had a lollipop lift or a full anchor. If it was a lollipop lift it needs to be converted to a full anchor and both skin and breast tissue need to be removed.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue and will bottom out with time as they are doing so now. I would advise going smaller and tightening the lower breast fold again to reposition your breast higher. Your nipples are probably in the correct position, but your breasts sag down too low.

This can be a tough problem to fix. In your case, however I think there is a solution.

You will need to remove your implants and do a breast reduction without lifting your nipples at all. This will reset your tissues to their normal position eliminating the lower pole excess. A much smaller more attractive breast will result.

After healing a smaller implant could be placed. The result will be better and more compact.
